Delivery

O‎ur delivery charge for all orders within Mainland UK is £3.95 for a tracked, signed for service by Parcelforce (with the exception of larger pieces that require a courier service). Delivery is free for orders over £75.

For larger items that state they require courier delivery, denoted by a symbol please phone or email us prior to purchase to obtain a delivery quote. ‎ 

If you live outside the UK and would like to purchase our wares, please email us your order and we will then confirm whether we can send these items by mail order for you (subject to International shipping regulations). Payment for International orders is taken by card over the phone.

No-one likes to wait, so all orders will be despatched as quickly as possible, subject to stock availability and busy periods.

We aim to get your order to you within 3-5 working days but ‎if you need your wares urgently then do contact us to let us know and we will do all we can to get your goods to you speedily. We can usually arrange a 24-48hr delivery service for an additional charge.

Please note that our shop is closed on Sunday and Monday (except during December), so orders placed on those days will be received and processed on Tuesday.

 

Returns

We want you to love your goods as much as we do, so if you are not happy with anything you receive from us, whatever the reason, just send it back to us within 14 days of receipt and we will happily provide a refund or exchange*.

Please enclose the relevant order/returns paperwork to enable us to process your return and provide contact details so that we can get in touch about your return. 

Please advise us whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

A‎ll goods must be returned in perfect unused condition, with their original packaging.

Items delivered by courier will need to be returned to us by courier. Please phone or email us to arrange this. 

Customers are responsible for the cost of all returns and for ensuring the returned goods are sent back to us by an appropriate method, that insures the full value of the goods being returned. 

We cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods that are lost or damaged in transit, so please package them with care and request proof of posting.

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged please email us at shop@lcemstore.com within 48hrs of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or refund for you. We will of course refund your return postage costs if you receive faulty/damaged goods from us and will send your replacement item at no extra charge.
